No-Bake Sunbutter Granola Balls
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 4 Tablespoons SunButter
- 2 cups granola
- 2 to 4 Tablespoons of milk
- Sprinkles (optional)
- Candy melts
in a variety of colors
Simply mix the honey and Sunbutter together, add in the granola and sprinkles and mix to coat. Use the milk a tablespoon at a time to get everything to stick together. Then just scoop and roll into balls and chill in the fridge while you get your candy melts ready.
For my candy melts, I used an assortment of colors and mixed them with white chocolate melts to create fun pastel colors just perfect for spring. Then I just dipped the bottoms of the granola balls in the melted chocolate and placed them on a piece of parchment paper to harden.
I love how they turned out and they are the perfect snack for a playdate or school parties. So, just because you can’t do peanuts, doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice on taste or fun! I mean I would totally prefer these over a plain peanut butter granola bar, and I know my kids do too!
P.S. This is not a sponsored post. I just really love Sunbutter and how it helped my family make the transition to peanut free when needed. Oh, and sorry for all the pics, they just turned out so pretty that I couldn’t help myself!

I'm intrigued by Sunbutter! My son loves peanut butter! He has never been diagnosed with a peanut allergy, but I notice his eczema flares up when he's eaten peanut butter. Do you know if Trader Joe's sell Sunbutter? I'm want to check it!

It really has a similar taste and texture to peanut butter. And it is definitely worth a try. I actually just get it at HEB, but I am sure trader joes, central market, and whole foods have it too.
