Well, I guess it has been about 4 months since my last post, but I have valid reasons, I swear! First off, I am pregnant! Yay, little boy is due in about 9 weeks, so that has been keeping me very tired. Also, the Christmas season had me swamped making product, so no time there either! I have however been taking photos of different projects that I have made and plan to still share those with you.

So to catch you up on me, I got pregnant over the summer with #2 and had horrible nausea which pretty much meant I let my garden fall apart. It was hard to go stand in the heat and water for an hour a day when all I wanted was to not be sick. In September, the family took a two week vacation to Hawaii! It was a nice and relaxing time, but by the end we were ready to get back home. Madeline did however begin to conquer her fear of water and swimming. We shall see if she remains as confident this next summer when it warms up and we can go swimming again.

When we returned from Hawaii, I began planning Madeline’s 3rd birthday full of Gnomes and toadstools. More posts on the projects and food from that party later. After her party, things with Kailo Chic started to pick up, and have only just recently settled back down. It was by far my busiest month in the 8 years I have been in business!

Now I am working on fixing up our house and the babies nursery in the few short weeks I have left before he arrives.

So, I hope to be able to begin posting frequently again about all the things I have done and will be doing. The next post I have planned is all about decorating for Valentines day and Target’s dollar bin. Stay tuned….
