Today was Madeline’s MDO Christmas program where all the kids wore their Pajamas and sang carols for the adoring fans (parents). Afterward we headed to the playground for snowball fights (rolled up socks), ice skating (tarps and cooking spray), pin the nose on frosty, and reindeer food making (oats and glitter). Since this was so much Christmas activity, I just called it out advent activity and saved myself from having to come up with anything else.
Of course they also had Santa make an appearance, and while this isn’t the traditional photo with Santa, this is the closest Madeline has gotten to Santa since she was 2 months old. I am not going to lie, it was purely for the candy cane he was giving out.
And since I feel that one photo isn’t enough, here is a picture of my nephew blowing fake snow for me so I could try out the new early Christmas Present (a new Canon) that my husband and I got each other.
