Make It -Valentine’s Day Toast

Since my daughter started Kindergarten and mornings are short and rushed, I have had to figure out new breakfast ideas that are ready in a hurry. Most mornings we have about 30 minutes from when she actually gets up to get dressed, make and eat breakfast and be out the door. I have come to rely heavily on quick meals like oatmeal, cereal, and toast. One way that I make the kids breakfasts (and even mine if I am being honest) special is to add fun faces and sprinkles to them. These special little Valentine’s toasts are simple enough to make every morning, but the pink color of the berry cream cheese is especially fun for a quick and easy Valentine’s day breakfast.

There is no real recipe for these toasts. Just slather on some Philadelphia whipped berry cream cheese, sprinkle on a few coarse rainbow sugars, add a licorice smile, and marshmallow and chocolate chip eyes and you are ready to serve these cute little guys to your kids.

And for a more adult version. Just swap the candy for mixed berries! YUM!

Note: This is not a sponsored post. I just really love the whipped berry cream cheese from Philadelphia and so does my family!
