Apparently the theme of Easter this year is go gradient or go home. But what can I tell you, I got just a tad more obsessed with adding a gradient spray of color to everything Easter this year. Eggs? Check! Egg cups? Check! DIY gradient bunny napkin rings? Yep! I found these adorable white ceramic bunny napkin rings at World Market and just knew they were begging for a colorful makeover. So I whipped out my spray paint and got to work. And oh my freaking goodness! Just look at these amazing gradient creatures now!
Materials for DIY Gradient Bunny Napkin Rings:
-Ceramic Bunny napkin rings (I got mine at World Market but here is an Amazon option)
–Montana gold spray paint in 2-3 colors (more if you want each bunny to have a different gradient)
-Protected work area outside
The process is really as simple as swiping the color spray over the bunnies in an overlapping pattern. I began with the middle color an then held the end colors away from the bunny and let the over spray gently cover the head and tails.
Be sure to let the bunnies dry fully, then flip them over and repeat on the other side. Once fully dry, add a few colorful napkins and add to your Easter table.
Pair these DIY gradient bunny napkin rings with a few of the gradient Easter eggs and gradient mini egg cup succulent planters and your go gradient or go home Easter table will be a rainbow of color! And now as I am sitting here writing this and looking at these adorable bunnies, I can’t help but want to go to the target dollar spot and buy the large ceramic bunnies and give them a gradient makeover too! Help! Save me from bunny craft overload! Or is that even possible!?
