These floral tulle ghosts that I crafted for Halloween are anything but basic. Don’t they have such a fun vintage vibe? I think the faux florals add a lot of whimsy, but you could of course keep them plain for a spookier look.
I love how the flowers tie in with my colorful Halloween decor so nicely. Want to see the full video tutorial? You can catch it here.

Supplies:
- Paper-mache cone
- Styrofoam ball
- Sparkle tulle
- Fabric stiffener spray
- Black paper or card stock
- Faux flowers
- Hot glue gun
- Fairy lights
Instructions:
Step 1: Cut the top off of your paper-mache cone and glue the styrofoam ball on top. Cut out eyes from your black card stock or paper. Cut your tulle, place it over the cone, and use a fabric stiffener to create the ghost shape with your tulle; you’ll want to do a few layers.
Step 2: Once the fabric has dried, hot glue on your black paper eyes and start gluing the flowers between the layers of tulle.
Step 3: Add your fairy lights by wrapping them around the cone underneath.
