Now doesn’t that just look amazing and delicious?! There is no real recipe for these tropical fruit breakfast bowls. You will simply want to start with a fresh coconut that you have opened (I like to use a hammer and screw driver to get it started and ensure an even break).
Then layer in your favorite extra thick smoothie (I usually use a banana, a little fruit juice, and then whatever frozen fruit I have on hand) and top with your favorite cut up tropical fruit like raspberries, mango, kiwi, pineapple, strawberries, pitaya. The last step is to add on a bit of shredded coconut, a few pieces of edible flower petals, and seeds like chia or hemp.
That my friends is pure breakfast bliss! And seriously, how fun would it be to make up a batch of these for a summer brunch with the gals? You could have all the toppings set out and then just whip up a batch of smoothies and let everyone create their own perfect bowl. Sounds like the perfect party to me!
