I am the queen of last minute decorations. These DIY colorful reindeer ornaments are a quick and fun addition to your holiday crafting. Plus they look super cute as gift tags too! And you can grab them from Amazon prime so you will be crafting away in no time!
Materials for DIY Colorful Reindeer Ornaments:
– Unfinished wood reindeer ornaments
– Colored craft foam or felt
– Hot glue gun
– Gold paint pen or acrylic paint
– paint brush
– scissors
Begin by painting your reindeer bodies with the craft paint and then let them dry. Then come back with the gold paint and paint the antlers and hooves.
Next, cut 1/4″ by 3″ long strips of the foam or felt and cut triangles out of the ends to make it look like a scarf.
Hot glue the scarf around the reindeers necks then add a piece of bakers twine to hang the reindeer ornaments.
Just look how cute they are! And so easy and quick, too. I love the color blocking of the scarves with the reindeer and that pop of gold is oh so perfect! Can’t wait to hang these colorful guys on my tree!
