You all know how I love confetti. Remember that felt confetti pillow I made? Or those bars of confetti soap? Well, I am back at the felt confetti game today with these adorable confetti pumpkin baskets. Who says you have to use the standard plastic orange baskets for your kids when you can easily transform them with a bit of glue and felt?
Super cute, huh?! Follow along for the super simple tutorial.
- Colorful felt sheets cut into tiny confetti sized pieces
- White Glue
- Foam paint brush
- White Spray Paint (optional)
- Black Felt for facial features
Once you have all your colors chosen and have cut your felt into tiny pieces, spray paint your pumpkin white. Once dry, use a foam brush to paint the glue onto the pumpkin and adhere your confetti pieces.
Let the glue dry and then cut out eyes, a nose, and a mouth from your black felt and glue it on the pumpkin. Then you are ready to get your trick or treating on.
Super simple and yet, fun and colorful. It’s the perfect combo! And your kids baskets will definitely not get lost in the crowd this way!
