Mother’s day is this weekend and if you are anything like me, brunch is on the brain. Food is my go-to for celebrations and with food comes a pretty and tasty cocktail. This sparkling peach rosé sangria is the perfect cocktail to enjoy during Mother’s day brunch. And if I am being honest, I will be enjoying this cocktail all summer long. It’s the perfect combo of fruity and refreshing with a little hint of bubbly. What’s better than that?!
Sparkling Peach Rosé Sangria Recipe
- 1/4 cup Orange Peach Mango Juice
- 1/4 cup Sparkling Rosé
- 1 Shot Peach Vodka (I am partial to Svedka because of their pretty bottles!)
- Fresh fruit (raspberries, oranges, peaches)
This recipe is enough for one cocktail, so feel free to scale up as needed and mix up a big batch at one time. Just add all the ingredients to a pitcher, stir and let the flavors mingle for an hour in the fridge. Then serve with more fruit and an orange peel garnish. Yum!
