With all the back to school shopping happening for my kids over here, it’s only natural that I feel a little left out of the new supply game. Isn’t it? I mean, I need new office supplies too. They are my weakness for reals. So, naturally I decided make myself a few new office supplies. This rainbow desk organizer was first up on the list, because I can always use a bit more organization! A few wood rounds, paint, and a little chop saw action and my rainbow desk organizer came together relatively quickly.

• Wood Craft Rounds in 12″, 10″, 8″, 6″, and 4″ (You can find most of these at the craft store, I got the bigger sizes online.)
• Wood base or cork trivet from Ikea
• Acrylic craft paint in rainbow colors
• E6000 or other industrial strength glue
• Chop saw
• Painter’s tape

I love the pop of color it brings to my office (like I really need more color! Ha!). But it is so super cute and helps me keep organized, so its a win win.
