I created the cutest DIY color blocked modern acrylic bud vase using my new xtool M1 ultra machine. The combo of maroon and red is just perfect for the holidays. This acrylic bud vase is the perfect gift to make for your friends this year. The M1 ultra is a diode laser, so it can cut dark opaque acrylic. This machine can also cut wood, etch, engrave, print, and comes with an ink head to print on wood, a blade cutter to cut fabric and paper, and even a pen tool to draw with! The craft possibilities are endless!

DIY Color Blocked Modern Acrylic Bud Vase Cut File:

Grab the free cut file for this vase here. I used standard propagation test tubes for the bud vase part which you can get here.

The settings used on my Xtool M1 ultra were 100% power, a cut speed of 5, and 2 passes for the red and 3 passes for the maroon acrylic. Both acrylic sheets were 1/8″. Then the pieces just get slotted together and the test tube is slipped in. Adding a bow is optional but makes the perfect gift wrapping.
