Yes, that’s right. All the sprinkles packed on to a simple sugar cookies base. How awesome are these? Now if you don’t have a group of kids to provide you with the batch of jumbled up sprinkles for these cookies, just mix your own. It is a great way to get rid of the last little bits of sprinkles you have at the end of a jar. And there is no real wrong mix of sprinkles either. It’s fool proof!
Simply make your sugar cookie dough (my favorite recipe is at the bottom), roll into balls, and press into your sprinkle mix.
Bake at 350°F for appx. 8-10 minutes or until just set. I love chewy cookies and under baking them a bit yields a nice chewy texture. Let cool and them marvel and your colorful cookie creations.
I threw in some snowflake, candy cane, and gingerbread men sprinkles for a Christmas vibe, but you could easily adjust for any holiday. I am sure that you have some sprinkles just calling your name, so round up the kids and get to baking!

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 3/4 cup all purpose flour
