Happy Monday everyone! I hope you all had an awesome Easter weekend. Ours was jam packed with activities and even my daughters first sleep over at a friends house. Seriously, where does the time go?! But amidst playing in the sprinkler, eating popsicles, hunting for eggs, and eating lots of food, I created two confetti filled new pillows for my couch. I have had the idea for these pillows for a while, but finally got the chance to put my thoughts into action and they turned out so cute!
Aren’t they fun?! You can easily customize these pillows to create any color or confetti pattern you like and they come together in about 15-30 minutes depending on how detailed you make them.
The Supplies:
- Felt in several colors
- Fabric Glue
- Throw Pillow
- Scissors
Begin by cutting out the felt into several different confetti shapes. Everything from triangles, to circles, to lines.
Then use the fabric glue to glue your felt pieces to the pillow case or even onto an already stuffed throw pillow. Let the glue dry and your confetti pillow is ready for your couch. Easy right?!
And if you are up for the challenge of a lot of cutting, you can even fill your entire pillow with felt confetti!
Now that is what I call a party pillow!
