Although it is going to be over 100°F today, my mind is all about fall. As long as I think about it hard enough and start to decorate for fall and Halloween, the temperatures are bound to come down. Right? Well, that is my hope at least. I have been trying to slowly add a bit of fall decor around the house while not spending a fortune on new pieces. When going through my stash of holiday decor, I ran across a little white pumpkin, and while he was cute as is, I had to give him a little makeover with some color. You know me! So I whipped out my sharpies and got to work creating an orange ombre effect on the little guy. He turned out pretty cute too! Why don’t you give it a try and have a little crafty fun on this Labor Day holiday?!
The Supplies:
- three or more shades of sharpies in one tone ( I went with orange, because you know pumpkins are that color)
- a white faux pumpkin
