The process is really simple and pretty much like making a smoothie. Simply blend one cup of milk with one cup of mixed berries (I used blueberries, strawberries, and cherries) until smooth. I would say it is akin to the strawberry milk you can buy, but so much better for you and not full of added sugar. Just milk and fresh berries! Of course I served it in a “fancy” martini glass with a rainbow sugar rim and a dollop of whipped cream for that extra special touch. The kids loved it and thought they were getting a treat! Score one for mom!
