Want to know the easiest way to decorated for Halloween? Make a DIY jack o’ lantern balloon garland! All you need are balloons and and a black sharpie! I made a small garland for my mantel filled with tons of smiling Jack o’ lantern pumpkin faces. I love that they are all going at different directions. You can’t help but smile looking at these guys!

Materials for DIY Jack O’ Lantern Balloon Garland:

• Small 5″ balloons in any colors you like
• Low temp glue gun and glue sticks
• Black sharpie marker

You can make the garland in any color palatte you wish, just follow this tutorial to see how I make my garlands. Then use the sharpie to draw on little pumpkin faces. So simple! Just look at all those smiling faces. It’s definitely the perfect silly not scary Halloween decoration.

I love this small balloon garland, but how fun would a giant DIY Jack O’Lantern balloon garland be with all these smiling pumpkin faces?! Imagine those large 36″ balloons and 16″ balloons tucked in there and cascading down your house for trick or treaters to enjoy! I could see a garland like this at a Halloween party or even as a garland running up your stairs. And stay tuned because I have another fun way to use these pumpkin balloons, that you are going to flip out over. But I have to keep it a secret for a few more days.
